Along with the new high school and middle school, Van Wert is also building a new athletic complex and performing arts center. Currently there is a campaign to raise money for these wonderful new additions to our community. For those of you who do not know the situation concerning our current track we have provided some photos of its condition along with the plans for the new athletic complex. Please understand that we are in desperate need of a new track. We have not been able to highlight our program with a home meet for several years due to the poor conditions, and currently lane one is so bad we encourage athletes not run it. We the coaches and the athletes would encourage you to make a donation for the athletic complex. In the past seven years we have won 4 WBL titles, 6 district titles, had 22 All-State athletes, and have won over 90% of our meets.
