How to insert a table with captions and pictures in it.

             
1.This is your desktop


2. Double left click on your Microsoft Word icon.

3. This screen will appear.


4. Click on the table tab at the top.


5. The drop down area will appear left click on Insert then left click on Table.


6. This screen will appear.


7. Look under the Table size tab and use the down arrow to set the number of columns to 1 and the number of rows to 2.


8. Click the Autofit to contents button so it is highlighted with a bullet.


9. Click on the okay button.

10. Now you should see two cells one on top of the other. Make sure your curser is in the top cell.


11. Now simply click on the Insert tab, then click on Picture and finally click on Clip Art.


12. This screen will appear, to choose a picture simply left click on one of the categories, then left click on the picture you want.


13. This pop up will appear just click on the top button and it will insert the picture in the top cell of the table.


14. Your page should now look like this.


15. Go to the bolded B and left click on it so that it is pressed in.


16. Then click the center align button it will be the one with the lines centered.


17. Finally click in the bottom cell and type your caption.
