Major Mistake Erased

At the age of four, Margret Megner fell while carrying a pencil in her hand. This may seem like a harmless accident, but the pencil went through Margret's cheek above her right eye partially being embedded in her brain. Now, 55 years after this horrific accident, medical professionals have the capable equipment to safely remove the writing utensil. Surgeons in Berlin, Germany removed the pencil in a two hour operation where they successfully removed all but 2 cm of the pencil. The pencil measure 8 cm long, and had narrowly missed damaging an optical nerve. Now with years of suffering from horrible headaches, Margret has fully recovered and regained her sense of smell.
