The world is changing, at least in most people's views. Human beings are seeing their usage of resources and their impacts on the environment. To ideally reduce our damage to the environment, new products are being made "green", or environmentally-friendly. Many companies are providing these environmentally-conscious alternatives. From chemical-free foods to reduced- and recycled-plastic, the "green" initiative has grown into an industry itself.

People concerned with the environment are in favor of this trend, while other people do not want to pay more for a product that may perform worse than the normal products. It's obvious that our society has become more active in the environment, and that tendency has jumped greatly just in this year.  The idea hasn't been limited to adults, either.  Teens have been starting to eat healthier, use more bio-degradable products, and even wear clothing made out of less chemicals and materials and more natural resources.
